Before any commercial or residential construction begins, Site Prep has to be completed – a preliminary stage to guarantee that no mistakes are made that could lead to disaster as the project progresses.
Once a surveyor determines the lot boundaries, the Site Prep Contractor uses the heavy machinery and manpower necessary to remove soil, rock, and other debris to make way for the new foundation.
After the concrete foundation is poured according to the precise requirements, site preparation continues into the next stage.
Concrete for the footers and stem walls alongside the new foundation are poured. The backfill and cleanup follow, bringing an end to the beginning of a new construction project.
Throughout each stage of Site Prep, ACL General Contracting implements standard operating procedures to prevent disruption of the surrounding environment while adhering to a strict timeline.
